Autumn Wish List!

I love making lists!  I am terrible at organization and follow up.  But when I look at a list that I've created, I'm pretty amazed when I can check off even one thing.  I create these weekend wish lists (idea taken from the Tranquility Blog) on Fridays during the day while I work.  I keep an email open all day to myself, and add things as I think of them.  It ensures that I try and stick to who I want to be and how I want to live.  I actually use my own reminders (when not reading right through them as an annoyance) to enforce that YES, I wrote this down and I'm going to do this so that I am aware, alive, living life before I sit down to play another game of Farmville.

These are so simple to do and while some of these items look like I'm getting gypped in the Life Experiences department, I still feel good that the small things are Things.  They are what I've chosen to do with my time (except for a few have-tos):

Budget for next 2 weeks (we are broke asses until the next paycheck)
Create tiny Christmas list for the paycheck of the 5th
Write 2 poems
Outline somewhat or start a chapter of the book that I want to start writing
Somewhat start letter to someone in particular - if the mood lends itself (I won't write heartfelt thank yous, apologies or anything else with emotion if the mood isn't present. It's like fraud otherwise.  I believe words carry energy - and it has to be authentic)
Pay library the overdue fees so that Humanling can get new books
Work with Humanling on the citations for her school project poster
File
Brush kitties
Find their toys (they had a warehouse full like 2 weeks ago)
put all clothes away
See if I can do one load of laundry (we go out of the house to do it and are on a tight budget)
Lots of reading! (this one usually suffers)
Epilepsy blog (write a post)
Watch Horrible Bosses (my current Netflix pick)
Find autumn bucket list
Cages done early (guinea pigs.....so that I can enjoy the rest of my day without it hanging over my head)
Walk at the track
Maybe Yoga (I shouldn't put maybe's on here)
Lots of reading (I really did put it on twice)
Elimination of a pile (those horrible paper piles....clothes piles....mail piles)
Rehab one sink item (Rehab is what I call it when something was so gross and dirty that you have to wash it and sterilize it before putting it back into circulation with the other dishes. In this case, our sink was clogged and many dishes had to sit while waiting for a plumber.  They got gross. There are only 3 items left to deal with thankfully and they've been rinsed so there is no odor.  Now for the sterilization process)
Look up budget meals
make a grocery list
Meditate (another non committal one with a ? after it)
Play games with Humanling
Take pictures!
