Foot Fetish

I am not as materialistic as I used to be. However, on my birthday, my mom brought me to the shoe store. And I wanted these. They are $9. They have my size. But modern advances in the Shoe have not prevented my heels from flipping out of them with every step.

So I instead, got a pair of awesome boots for $45. The kind that make approaching people stare from the floor up to see who is in this exciting footwear! Even the neighbor who walks by with his shyish smile in the mornings had to look at the ground first and then up like he'd never seen me before. It was 7:30am and I felt like I was in a bar.

They aren't tarty or anything. Just cute. Now imagine if my brother's boss thought I was cute the other day in my original boots, the impression I would have made a mere three hours later.

Gosh, aren't they cute?

Speaking of cute, that's my mom up there in the photo.

Good morning!
First off, I promise I’m not spam. I’m with Turner Publishing and we have a book titled “Historic Photos of Connecticut” that we were hoping might interest you. I’m going around to all the bloggers asking if they’d like to receive a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for a possible review on their blog. This book is a 10x10 gift book showing a pictorial narrative of Connecticut through beautiful photos pulled from archives (some have never before been viewed). If you are interested, please email me with your address and I’ll have one shipped out to you right away. If you have any questions, you can visit our website at www.turnerpublishing.com or give me a call at the number listed below. We'd appreciate any feedback given and would love the opportunity to work with you! I appreciate the time you've given my email and hope to hear from you soon!
